Welcome to The Sunset View with 4 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, Dock, and breathtaking Views of Lake Anna. We are on the public side of Lake Anna. Partial Week Booking Available.

The main level has four bedrooms and two full baths. A great room with a wood-burning fireplace that overlooks the lake along with a fully equipped kitchen. If you don’t feel like eating inside there is a table in the screened in porch with a ceiling fan. You could always cook outside on the propane grill with another large patio table on the vinyl deck. The basement has a pull out sofa and a full bathroom. There is also an air hockey table, pool table, foosball table, boardgames, card games and corn hole for your recreation. Choose from a large variety of DVDs for your viewing pleasure.

The large vinyl dock has a table with an umbrella and a place to tie up your boat. In the Private boat house there is a radio with speakers so you can enjoy your favorite music while floating or relaxing on the lake. It is equipped with lifevests, floats, sand toys and chairs. You can walk into the water from the shore line.It has a gradual increase that makes for safe swimming. You can also use the swim ladder at the end of the dock. Kayaks and pedal boat are available for your use.Our community has a private boat ramp with a small beach/swimming area and a volleyball net. If you like to walk, you will enjoy strolling on our quiet street with the lovely scenic views.

If you don’t want to cook, we are located less then 10 minutes from Lake Anna's two popular waterfront restaurants. Also, two local wineries are just 20 minutes away.

                My friends and I rented this property for a long weekend getaway and had a great time! The house is very spacious, clean, well-equipped and nicely decorated. There is a large deck with multiple grills and beautiful views of the lake. There is a basement game room with foosball, air hockey, and pool tables which was a big hit. There is also a large yard that we were able to play soccer and lacrosse in. Unfortunately we weren't able to spend much time on the dock or in the lake because of poor weather, but the lake is very close and easily accessible. Toni was a very responsive and accommodating host. She was also flexible about check in and check out times, which was very helpful. Overall we had a great stay and would definitely recommend this place to anyone considering a visit to Lake Anna!

                My family of 4 plus dog rented this property twice last summer. The house is perfectly sized for us, VERY CLEAN and well equipped. It's on a nice quiet street, water is warm and there are not many boats passing by. Great for kids and a water dog. There is a game room with a pool table, foosball table, and there are two kayaks and paddle boat to use. There are plenty of life vests too. We spent most of our time on the dock, listening to music and playing in the water. The owner, Toni, is extremely responsive. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation. We all agree this was a very relaxing, fun place to stay. We have already booked our time for this summer.

                My adult friends and I have stayed here at Toni's house for two years now. Each time is as good as the last. It's a very nice home exactly as pictured. The game room is better than ever. The lake is wonderful and warm during the summer. I am staying again this year due to the wonderful home and host. All stars!

                Great place to rent! Plenty of space, clean, and great location of the lake. Not a lot of boat traffic, so kids liked swimming and adults enjoyed the spacious deck/dock area. The house has plenty of games for all ages, game room in basement is awesome, and beds were comfy. As stated in other reviews, Toni is very responsive, answered all our questions, and easy to work with. She made it all very easy. We've stayed at Lake Anna for many years, but this is our first time in this house. We will definitely be repeat renters!

                We enjoyed our stay very much! We loved the flat back yard, firepit, the lake equipment, the pool table, foosball table and air hockey table. Toni was very nice and responsive to any needs we had. The house was beautiful and everything worked well. We would come back!

                We have enjoyed our family vacation at Lake Anna staying at The Sunset View for the past two years. The house is very comfortable for our family. The A/C is cool and the WiFi is fast. There is a beautiful view of the lake from the family room and deck. The backyard leads to a serene cove that has a sandy walk-in entrance. The dock is great! There is a table with an umbrella and lots of chairs. Our favorite thing to do is float in tubes in the warm water. We had the cove all to ourselves. Our kids enjoyed fishing off the dock. The game room has a foosball table, air hockey, and a pool table. The house is stocked with board games and puzzles and lots of DVD movies. We also enjoyed the screened porch. There is a firepit and we had a bonfire and made s’mores while watching the sunset. The public area close by has a volleyball net and a horseshoe pit. Great family memories! The Sunset View is a very relaxing spot. Toni is very accommodating and easy to rent from.
