The inside has a large master bedroom with private bath and a small sleeping alcove for little ones. The upstairs has two queen beds, a private bath and a small loft area. The basement has a private bedroom which shares a bath with a large gathering area with TV and sectional sofa... there is also a full over twin bunkbed for extra sleeping capacity. The main floor has a fully equipped kitchen, dining area and family room to enjoy the great view or watch a little TV. There is an expansive deck that surrounds the entire main floor with great views of the pool, the expansive yard and the dock.
** There is room to dock your boat or personal watercraft at the private dock but we currently do not have a boat ramp within the neighborhood but can arrange access to a ramp if desired... please let us know in advance if you'd like to launch a boat or personal watercraft.
