Property Description

Bluebird Point is located on the 4,000-acre private side of Lake Anna in The Waters at Lake Anna subdivision, Mineral, Virginia. It is the primary residence of the owners and they are excited to have you use it at designated times through-out the season when they are not there.

The property has about 160 feet of shoreline— swimmers can enter the lake by walking directly in from the sandy beach or using the steps off the walkway to the boathouse/dock.  Bring your boat and tie up to the dock!  Fish are abundant in Lake Anna.  Fishing from the shoreline, dock, or from your boat is usually very successful.  

There is a grassy area for outdoor play, a propane grill, and a fire pit (firewood included) with tables and seating on the surrounding patio.

The house is three stories with a flight up to the main floor. There are four bedrooms—

Ground level with queen bed and adjoining bath (shower/tub), and an adjoining sitting room with a pack ‘n play style baby bed and rocking chair.

Middle level with queen bed, adjoining bath (shower), and adjoining room with a desk/table and bookshelf with books for your reading pleasure.

Top floor with a large master with queen bed, sitting area with two recliners, and attached bath (shower/garden tub) and another bedroom with a queen, two twins, and two toddler beds, with half bath in the hallway.

There is a family room on the lowest level with a couch, loveseat, chair, TV/Roku, and a closet full of games.  There is a high-ceilinged great room on the middle floor with a couch, loveseat, and oversize chair with great views of the lake.

The kitchen is located on the middle floor next to the large dining room (seats 12 with an additional child's table that seats 4) and is fully stocked with three ovens, full-size fridge, dishwasher, stand mixer, toaster, Vitamix, electric can opener, coffee pot, microwave, pots and pans, cookie sheets, cake pans, dishes, glasses, etc.

The snack bar on the lowest level is located next to a dining area (seats 10) and has a full-size fridge, blender, microwave, coffee pot and can opener.

Across from the snack bar is a washer and dryer in a closet.

There is free Wi-Fi throughout the house. There are 4 TVs with Roku.

Two decks in the back run the length of the house and are furnished with tables and chairs.

With a signed release you have access to kayaks. Lifejackets are available, but you must ensure they are a proper fit.

There is an outdoor enclosed shower.

You will have use of the community amenities’ key card to access tennis, racquetball, basketball court, and pickle ball, as well as, the playground, saltwater pool, and boat ramp.  

 There are some “NOs” :

No pets

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property

No use of firearms

No extra guests beyond those listed on your contract (no parties)

No illegal drugs

Weekly rentals: The calendar shows Saturday to Saturday rentals, but if you prefer Friday to Friday, please check with us, it may be possible.
