This phenomenal waterfront home offers everything your family and friends could want. Located mid-lake on the public side, you can launch your boat at the subdivision's dock and leave it on Blue Skies at Lake Anna's covered electric boat lift for maximum convenience during your vacation.
Some Lake Anna properties have a serious incline to the water - great for cliff diving but not so relaxing for the vacationer. At Blue Skies at Lake Anna, the backyard slopes gently from the back deck to the close-by waterfront.
Parents with young children will enjoy the sandbox and the "little water"- a perfect wading and swimming hole bordered on three sides. Older kids and dogs will love jumping off the end of the dock. No diving, please, until you check the depth. All will enjoy the peddle boat (4 adult life jackets are provided, ask if you need child sizes) which you can putter around the cove or take across the lake to Anna Cabanna.
With three bedrooms upstairs and two sofa beds in the living room, up to eight guests will appreciate the pool table, games and puzzles. The fully equipped kitchen provides the cooks with a large working area right in the center of the action. Even the grill-master can be part of the group who watch him prepare the steaks while they enjoy a cold one on the deck, cool under the shade of the pergola.
Ready for quiet time? Two bedrooms have their own, private Juliette balconies. Grab a few moments alone for a quiet conversation and a cup of coffee.
Let us know if you want to bring the pups. There will be a non-refundable pet fee for each dog up to a maximum of three, but they will love playing in the water at Blue Skies at Lake Anna.

Booking Terms
Guest and Owner will complete a rental agreement before booking is final.
Dogs will be considered for a non-refundable fee per pet. The maximum number of dogs that will be accepted is three. One dog fee is automatically added to the Lake Anna Rental Property quote but will be deducted if no dog is staying or added to depending on the number of approved dogs. Only dogs will be considered for approval.
50% of rent and tax is due upon booking. Remaining rent, all fees, and tax are due 60 days before vacation.
Penalty free cancellation up to 60 days before checkin. Vacation cancellation insurance is highly recommended for cancellations within 60 days of checkin.
Security deposit (minus any damages or fault assessed) will be returned within 30 days.
Guest(s) entering into contract must be over 25 and must stay the entire duration. No third party bookings.
No smoking inside. Smoking outside permitted if Guests dispose of debris safely and properly.
No events.
