Welcome to Canoe Canoe, a Waterfront, 4 Bedroom, 3.5 Bath on Lake Anna. We book 7 night minimum in season and 3 night minimum off season. In season we rent Friday to Friday.

Gorgeous views from this private side, waterfront home on Lake Anna. Open kitchen, living and dining area on main level leads to screened-in porch and upper deck with staircase to loft bedroom and private half bath. Master suite with private full bath, guest bedroom and common bathroom on main level.
Family room in basement with bar area, foosball table, dart board and gas fireplace, leads to common bathroom and bunk room. The basement opens to a huge covered back patio with outdoor seating, a gazebo and grill. Gathering areas are each equipped with 75" Smart TV's with Wifi and Youtube TV provided. Head down to the dock for fabulous views of Dike #2, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding or just to float. Renters will have access to the community dock for boat launch. Sleeps 10-12, with ample parking for all guests.
