Located on the PUBLIC side our beautiful 3 Master Bedroom, 4.5 bath home has sleeping for 12 people and provides spectacular, breathtaking long views of the lake from every master bedroom! It is designed for upscale living. This 4400 square foot, three-level home has two master bedrooms with king beds on the upper level, one master bedroom on the main level. All include private baths, TV's and balconies. Each balcony has it's own patio furniture for you to enjoy and relax in comfort. There are 5 Decks and the Boat House Dock has a Patio Bar. Each balcony has outdoor furniture. 

The upper level has two-master suites with a joining living area/loft large enough for a sleep sofa, some chairs and game table!

The main level is a home of itself with living areas, bedroom, sleeping area and large screen TV. This level has many different gathering areas including a living room, dining room, new gourmet kitchen, eat-in bar and breakfast nook. There is also a poker table on this level so you can enjoy the lake views while playing cards/games or watching your favorite team win on the large screen TV.

There is enough dining space for 24 so you may invite your friends to visit you! The main level master bedroom suite is handicapped friendly, with a comfort level toilet and grab bar. On this level you will also find several different seating/conversation areas: in front of the fireplace, in the living room, around the poker table, dining room table and breakfast nook table. You will also find quiet space for conversation in the den which serves as an additional sleeping area.

The lower level is designed for fun. This is where you will find a large screen TV, pool table, foosball table and children's play room. There is an additional full-size refrigerator and microwave on this level so you can store all those extra snacks with easy access to the yard and dock through the lower level entry. On this level you will also find a universal gym and treadmill so, if you choose, you may keep to your personal workout schedule!

Throughout the house you will find the amenities are extensive. They include, but not limited, to a private hot tub, pool table, ping-pong, foosball and poker table complete with professional poker chips. There are two large screen TV’s, four sitting areas, two boat docks, a swimming dock with beach, children’s play area and adult swing. In addition, you will find even more outdoor amenities – too many to mention because they are always growing, but do include a basketball hoop, swing set, fire pit, horse shoe pits, volleyball net, croquet and lots of beach toys and lounge chairs!
