Comfortable rooms and great room with a tv and screened in porch. There is an outdoor flat grill and standard grill.

Sitting areas on the property for privacy. Great for families with children who enjoy direct access to the water. Water is 2 ft deep on one side and up to 6 feet deep on the left side. Dock for docking your boat and access to a boat access  shared with us by our neighbor.

                We require a 50 % deposit through venmo at the time of the booking.

                Second payment due 60 days ahead of booking.

                Full refund 60 days ahead

                 

                Rental saturday to saturday from June 7 through August 25.

                Weekend rentals available in the winter, spring and fall.

                3 day minimum on holiday weekends.

                Security deposit will be kept for damage and if extra guests are brought to the property.

                Also security deposit will be kept for pets on property or smoking.
