Experience the ideal waterfront retreat at 'Lake Life’, a custom built vacation rental home specially designed and furnished to host large groups. Situated on a Point Lot with 270 degree water views, nearly 2 acres of land and 450 feet of private shoreline, this 4,500 square-foot home with 6 bedrooms and 4.5 baths can sleep 18 with a maximum occupancy of up to 24 with owner approval. Launch your personal boat from the community boat ramp and secure it to the dock during your stay or use the provided canoes, kayaks and stand-up paddleboards!
We now have reliable Fiberoptic High Speed Internet, so staying connected or working remotely is no problem!
We installed a new 65" 4K Smart TV on the dock with DirecTV for those sporting events, or can't miss shows.

Overlooking panoramic views of the warm-watered private side of Lake Anna, this home boasts a 24' x 12' open deck and adjacent 16' x 12' screened porch both with Trex decking material, and a matching sized concrete patio underneath with an outdoor shower and a ping-pong table. Enjoy views of mature hardwoods across the water from the flat backyard, and head down to the private covered dock area or fire pit to spend afternoons by the water.
On the left side of the property, you'll find a natural sandy beach area with a gradual sloping shoreline and to the right you'll find a 2,000-square-foot boathouse with 100% vinyl decking, an open sunning area and a covered shading area. Lounge underneath the ceiling fans, lay out on the beach and use the 2 swimming ladders on the dock to access the shallow water close to shore or the 11 ft deep water at the end of the dock. Inside, hardwood floors, plush furnishings and plenty of natural light streaming from floor-to-ceiling windows lead you into the open-concept main living area.
When you're not boating or using the provided kayaks, canoes or stand-up paddleboards for lake adventures, unwind with your favorite shows or the big game on the 75" flat-screen 4K Smart TV equipped with DirecTV. When there's nothing on TV, enjoy some shuffleboard on the 9' sanded table. The fully equipped kitchen boasts granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and a spacious island with barstool seating for 7 - sure to be the hub of conversation and activity throughout your stay! Collaborate on home-cooked delicacies and set the large farm-style dining table with 2 double benches and seating for 12 to share your family feasts. A second full refrigerator by the laundry machines allows extra space for your produce if needed. Before calling it a day, head down to the rec room and enjoy a movie night on the 65" flat-screen or challenge your travel companions to games of foosball and air hockey. The home provides 2 luxurious master bedrooms, 2 rooms with queen beds and 2 bunk rooms on either level. Each room includes new 4K TV's.
THE LOCATION
Because this home is located on the warmer, private side of Lake Anna with access designated only for property owners, you'll enjoy much less boat traffic creating an ideal environment for water skiing, wakeboarding and wake surfing on the calm, clean waters. Other favorite lake activities include fishing, swimming, tubing, kayaking, paddleboarding, floating and more. The Lake Anna community has grown in the recent years and now has numerous great restaurants to try during your stay. Enjoy a quick drive to the Lake Anna Winery or Coyote Hole Cider Distillery for a unique tasting experience, or travel to Lake Anna State Park for a day of hiking, site-seeing and more!
This property lies about 45 miles to Richmond, home of the Virginia Museum of Fine arts and Richmond Raceway. Head about an hour to Skyline Drive or Shenandoah National Park for further outdoor recreation. Other nearby sites to consider during your stay include Kings Dominion Theme Park, Busch Gardens Theme Park, Colonial Williamsburg, Fredericksburg Battlefields and Monticello in Charlottesville

- Swimming in the lake while the green underwater lights are on is prohobited for electrical safety reasons
- Guest is responsible for unplugging the underwater lights from the outlet at the end of the dock before entering the water between dusk and dawn

Payment Policies:
- 30% Deposit is due within 7 days of booking date or pending reservation dates may not be held.
- Balance including Service Fees and Taxes is due 30 days in advance of arrival. (Full Balance due upon booking if arrival date is within 30 days.)
- Payments by PayPal (Friends and Family preferred) Venmo, Zelle or Check.
Cancellation Policy:
- Full Refund within 120 Days of arrival
- Full Refund if cancelled within less than 120 days (but greater than 30 days) if owner is able to secure an identical or greater replacement reservation.
- Pro Rated refund if Owner is able to secure a booking for some of the same dates and/or at a similar but reduced rate due to short notice rental
- No Refund within 120 days if another booking cannot be secured.
- In the event of a cancellation within 120 days of arrival, Owner will make a reasonable effort to secure an identical or greater replacement reservation, and may potentially offer lower rates at the owner's discretion if deemed appropriate and/or necessary to secure a replacement booking.
- No refunds within 30 days of arrival.
