WI-FI is available for staying connected or working remotely.

Main Floor:
Four Bedooms. Two Master bedrooms with lake views each with a King Bed, full bath and sliding glass doors leading to the deck which runs the length of the home. One bunk room with 3 sets of bunk beds and the guest bedroom with a queen bed share the hallway full bath.
Large open floor plan with sliding glass doors to deck and beautiful lake views. Great room includes powder room, full kitchen and island, living area, dining table to accommodate 12, game table to accommodate 4, large Smart TV and gas fireplace. The deck includes gas grill and multiple patio tables and chairs for enjoying the stunning sunrises and sunsets at Lake Anna.

Basement level:
Two Bedrooms: One bedroom with King bed and lake view. One bedroom with a queen bed and twin trundle beds. Two full bathrooms – one in between the two bedrooms and one in basement Great room. Great room includes TV, sofa and love seat, game table, dual ping-pong/pool table and sliding glass doors to patio leading to the lake. Utility room with washer and dryer and sink.
Outdoor Property Information:
This home is located on a quiet cove on the warmer private side of Lake Anna which offers access only to property owners. The cove allows a safe place for swimming, floating and kayaking. You’ll appreciate much less boat traffic, providing for the perfect environment for all water sports.
The large boat house and dock include multiple lounge chairs and side tables for relaxing in the sun or cool off under the ceiling fans in the covered area of the boat house. Various sizes of life jackets and rafts are available. Small fridge and a picnic table are included for snacks and happy hours on the water.
A sandy beach area allows for easy access to the water and a perfect place for little ones to safely play in the sand as well as an easy launching place for the provided kayaks. Need a nap? Hop in the hammock for an afternoon snooze.
