Named for our frequent visitors--the ducks--Duck Cove is a place to relax and unwind in a quiet community on the public side of Lake Anna.
Nestled on a serene cove with sweeping, unobstructed lake views, you can easily walk to the dock or shoreline to indulge in your favorite water activities. Kayaks, a paddle boat, canoe, standup paddle boarding are all available to enjoy or just relax on the water on your float sipping your favorite drink. The children will love the sandbox with the variety of sand toys. There is a tent available for shade.
Duck Cove is conveniently located on Contrary Creek, in Contrary Forest, a quiet, wooded community on the lake. There are frequent bald eagle sightings, fish off the dock, turtles or ducks in the cove.
Duck Cove is minutes from the Food Lion and the Coyote Hole Craft Beverages. It is conveniently located to the 208 Bridge with the Lake Anna Taphouse, Vito's Italian restaurant and the Asia Cafe --just minutes away. Tim's at Lake Anna Restaurat & Crabhouse is 13 minutes away.
Duck Cove is a quiet escape from the everyday!
The home features include:
3 Bedrooms: 1 King Bed and 2 Queen Bed
2 Full Bathrooms
Two of the three bedrooms have adjacent decks and overlook the lake.
There are ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms.
The country kitchen is eat-in and fully equipped with a beautiful center island.
The appliances are new: electric stove, refrigerator and microwave including the stackable washer/dryer next to the pantry.
Check out the view from the living room! Step out and take in the view overlooking the lake. The spacious living room is comfortable for reading or watching tv on the big screen.
There is an outside grill and the fire pit overlooks the lake.
Duck Cove is pet friendly. We permit one dog 30 lbs or under. There is an additional pet fee of $50 for the visit. There is a leash requirement in Contrary Creek. Dogs must be kept on a leash when outside.

Duck Cove is located in Louisa County. Va sales tax and Louisa occupancy tax are 12.3% of the entire bill.
