     Seay Point at Lake Anna is a stunning 6000 sq ft vacation home specifically designed to host large families. Located on the tip of Seay Point offering 4 acres of privacy and 280-degree unobstructed water views, you'll delight with your own spectacular sunrise and sunset each day! With 850 ft of the shoreline can enjoy the quietness of the cove side as well as the wide-open waterway with easy access to nearby marinas, restaurants and the state park!

Exquisite water views from every room, this spacious lake front home comfortably sleeps 18 and features 5 bedrooms and 7 baths. Well appointed and loaded with unique amenities and homey touches, Seay Point is the perfect family vacation spot where you can truly unwind and relax. With several gathering areas throughout the home and property it’s easy to find the perfect spot to spread out and enjoy family and friends or simply bask in solitude.

The living room and family room are welcome gathering spots for your family with plenty of natural light streaming from floor-to-ceiling windows, lots of seating and places to set your drinks and snacks while chatting away. There’re also plenty of quiet spots to just relax and read or you can mix it up in the game room with pool, air hockey or darts. A big hit is the two-man video arcade with Pac-Man and over 400 games or just cozy up in the media room for a movie night. There’re two game areas with large tables to enjoy a vast assortment of puzzles, cards and board games.

To prepare your family feasts, the cooks in the family will love the beautiful gourmet kitchen featuring a 6-burner gas range, full-size refrigerator and two-drawer counter refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave/convection oven, 2 copper sinks with garbage disposals, ice machine, walk-in pantry with serving window to porch and a full complement of cookware and small appliances.

This kitchen will sure to be the hub of conversation and activity throughout your stay with a large granite top island, lots of room to gather with barstool seating, a 6-seater breakfast nook and a dining table that seats 10.

Gorgeous day? Spend time outside on the screened porch, open patio or at the private covered boat dock. Have fun boating, tubing, swimming, kayaking or just lounging on the sun deck or with a cold drink on a raft. And don’t forget your fishing poles… lots of great fishing off the dock!

Launch your boat and jet skis from our 45’ concrete ramp and conveniently keep them on the covered boat lift and floating drive-on jet-ski ramps.

The kids will have a blast on the floating Lily Pad or playing on the sandy beach and playground. Roam the property and try out the swings and hammock or challenge your family to horseshoes, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, a quick pick-up game of basketball, yard checkers or croquet. And in the evening gather at the firepit for s'mores, camp songs and more great memories.

BOOKING REQUIREMENTS

 A Rental Agreement / Rental Rules and Regulations (contract) will be dated and emailed to guest within 3 days of intent to book.

 A Reservation / Damage Deposit of $1000  shall be due and payable upon ratification of the rental agreement and rules and regulations. Agreement will not be considered ratified and dates will not be reserved, unless accompanied by full payment of the reservation/damage deposit, signed rental agreement and received within 10 days of contract Date.The Security deposit will be returned after property has been inspected after your stay

 Payment Procedure:

• 50% of total rental is due 90 days before booking date.
• Remaining balance, including linen and cleaning fee and taxes is due 45 days in advance of arrival
• Full balance due upon booking if arrival date is within 30 days).
• Payments by PayPal Friends and Family, Venmo, Zelle or Check is acceptable.

 CANCELLATION POLICY

• Full refund if over 120 days of arrival
• Full refund if cancelled with less than 120 days (but greater than 30 days) if owner is able to secure an identical or greater replacement reservation
• Pro Rated refund if Owner is able to secure a booking for some of the same dates and/or at a similar but reduced rate due to shorter notice
• When the home has been re-leased and confirmed, any refund due will be mailed back within 30 days.
• No refund within 120 days if another booking cannot be secured
