Discover Our Happy Place and the serenity of one of the most secluded parts of the private side of Lake Anna. In this gated community, once you drive through the wooded driveway entrance, you will find your perfect escape from reality! This beautifully updated 7 br, 4 full bath home provides the amenities you need to truly relax without giving up your normal comforts of home. Large screened in porch and deck off the back of the house, brand new awesome fire pit, private dock with sandy beach and waterslide. Great fishing off the dock! Situated on 1.8 acres of land.

Master bedroom has its own private bathroom. 2nd bedroom has a queen/twin bunk bed. 3rd bedroom has a queen/queen bunk bed. 4th bedroom has a king bed. Lower level is separated from the upper level with icynene foam to reduce noise as well as foam in between bedrooms. The 5th bedroom has a king bed and private full bathroom, 6 bedroom has a king bed and access to a full bathroom, 7th bedroom has a queen over queen bunk, twin over twin bunk, and trundle bed that has two twins. There is also 3 twins in the tv area upstairs.

Great room with kitchen with a new 9' granite island/eating area, with cabinets and granite throughout. Family room has 2 sliding glass doors to fully appreciate the beautiful lake view or walk onto the massive screened in covered deck. Additional tv room in the back of the house that has 3 twin beds. Bedrooms perfectly situated away from the great room and backyard to allow the ‘sleepers’ to sleep while the awake fun continues.

This home is almost 3,000 Square feet of perfectly utilized space for large gatherings with over 80 feet of waterfront.

Swimming, boating, fishing or just listening to the music on the dock by day. Campfires and catching fireflies by night. This side of the lake has warm water temperatures between April and November, less congested than the public side and great fishing year-round.

There is usally 2 canoes available if other renters havent sunk them. Access to community boat launch and room to secure 2 boats on the house’s dock. There is also a floating hookup for your wave runners. Boathouse with large sunning deck with retractable awning and new water slide. Complimentary Hi speed wi-fi. Sonos feeding porch/deck and family room and downstairs tv room and wet bar area. Washer/dryer on main level.

                The house was great and was well equipped to handle several families. There was plenty of space for parking as well as outdoor activities. Adam was very prompt and answered all my questions (was even willing to work with me when there was a threat of a major snowstorm). I absolutely plan to rent this property again. Thank you Adam.

                Nice and roomy home with plenty of seating in all areas! When you first pull up to the house it appears small but once inside you will find a lovely home with plenty of space. The house was very comfortable and the steps to the bunks were an added bonus! The screened in porch was nice and provided plenty of room for board games. We enjoyed our stay and everyone stated they would choose this home again. Thanks Adam for opening your vacation home to us!

                Unique one of a kind place with tons of stuff to do We enjoyed our vacation at Lake Anna. The house was in good condition and there was plenty of space plus more for the 14 of us in our family vacation. There is also plenty of things to keep you occupied so you won’t want to leave: swim, canoe, paddle boat,fish, volley ball, teatherball, campfires (just to name a few). Adam was also a great host and very easy to work with. If we had a question he was always very quick to respond. I highly recommend this Home a great vacation choice and a place we would love to return to!

                Beautiful, comfortable home. Great for a large group. My family has been to a lot of cabins for family reunions, but this year more people were able to participate than usual, so this 26 person cabin was a great fit. We loved how many private bedrooms there are, and the beds are so comfortable! Seriously, I think these were the best beds I have experienced in a vacation rental. Everyone slept great. We also found that the walls, doors, and floors did a good job of sound-dampening, so individuals could have privacy and quiet when they wanted to. We also found that the property was more private than we had expected from the pictures. We thought the neighbors would be much closer and more visible, but we actually felt well apart from them. The only thing that's really close to each other are the docks. We liked that there were so many spaces to hang out. There were two bedrooms that were good for playing video games, and had good seating (beds and bean-bag chairs). There was the main living space with the kitchen, which had tons of seating. There were two separate places to hang out on the porch -- inside the screened in porch, and out in the open air. There was comfy seating around a fire pit. The dock was also a great spot to spend time. When you have 20+ people, you want to have multiple hang-out locations so that you can break off and talk in smaller groups. We never felt crammed in together or claustrophobic, which I have experienced with other cabins. The cabin was very clean, and all the appliances and fixtures were new and in great condition. The bathrooms were nice, and everyone loved the showers. The whole place felt very hotel-like. You can tell the owners put a lot of work into the place to make it so nice. It can be difficult to cook for so many people, especially since we basically did it pot-luck style. The kitchen was quite functional for a large crew and everyone was happily fed. We also loved that there are two large refrigerators. It's nearly impossible to cram food for 20 people inside one refrigerator. Last but not least, the homeowner, Adam, was really easy to work with. My interactions with him were very professional and straight-forward. He was clear about rules and expectations, and they were totally reasonable. He returned the deposit to me just a couple days after the trip ended, which I appreciated. I also liked that he sent us a floorplan ahead of time, so I could assign rooms. Overall, I highly recommend this property. If our reunion is this big next year, I'll be back!

                Beautiful, private home with a ton of extras! We couldn't have asked for a more beautiful home to spend the holiday weekend! There were so many extras like the comfortable beds, large kitchen with brand new appliances, a stunning fire pit, fish feeder to make fishing special for the kids, game room and wet bar in the newly finished walk out basement, playground, volleyball, tether ball and sand/beach area for the kids. The swim access can't be beat- it was private and the water slide was a hit with the kids. This house has an amazing view of the sunset and plenty of shade from trees and conveniently placed umbrellas and awnings. Adam was great to work with and went the extra mile to make our trip stress free. He returned e-mails promptly and professionally. Can't wait to come back!!

                Fun and Fish and Fire! Everyone enjoyed our stay here immensely. The kids fished and swam all day long. We roasted smores by the fire pit at night, (how convenient that firewood was provided!) and even had movie night in the basement kid room with the humongous tv! The screened porch is heaven for dining, and the house holds an amazing amount of people! We had 3 generations of family here and still had empty beds. Adam was awesome with answering questions and helping with "technical difficulties" (who knew the keurig had a POWER button??). My only regret is that we didn't have time to order some blue crab for a final feast our last night. And that the water was freakishly warm this time of summer. Oh well. Time flies when you're having fun! Great home for vacationing.

                We had a wonderful family reunion at this property. It had everything we needed and more. Everyone swam, canoed and kayaked. The kids had a great time using the slide on the dock as well as the play ground. On a couple of evenings, we used the fire pit and made s'mores. The house has been beautifully renovated. There was plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. Every evening we sat around the large tables on the porch and had dinner. It was a week that this family will always cherish.

                Great place for the family! We just returned from our visit to Lake Anna. My family ranged in age from 60 to 2. We usually go to OBX but found that the Lake and this home provided all the activity we needed. The older kids canoed, paddle boated, fished and swam. The little ones played on the gym and in the sandy beach and all 4 of them learned to swim in the warm waters of Lake Anna last week. Us older folks enjoyed the bon fire pit, the screened in porch and sitting under the awning over the boathouse. Best time ever for our yearly family vacation. All my children and grandchildren made it through the week without any drama. Definitely would recommend this home for your next family vacation!

                Large family getaway We enjoyed our recent stay at Lake Anna. Having planned ahead, we stocked the kitchen with good things to eat and only left one time. The guys all said it was the most relaxing way to spend a vacation. Boating, swimming, fishing and volleyball etc. filled our days. Plenty of room for our group of 19 with many wonderful memories made!!! The closest grocery store we found was about 25 minutes away, so be sure and bring meal supplies. The scenery at Lake Anna is beautiful as well as the drive there!
