The living area flows into a well equipped Chef style Kitchen with an eight foot island that seats 4, and a large dining table that seats up to 10. The upper floor also contains a master suite with his and hers closets and a bathroom equipped with a beautiful rainfall shower. The master has a desk in case you need to work and a sliding door leading you on to the wrap-around deck where you will be able to enjoy any meal al Fresco or simply sit and sip while enjoying the view!
The downstairs has 3 bedrooms: a queen size bedroom, a king size bedroom and the "bunk room" that sleeps 4. A nicely furnished bathroom with a tub/shower combination and a bluetooth fan creates a comfortable setting to relax and clean up from a day on the lake. The laundry room is found on the first floor and contains a brand new washer and dryer perfect for drying those bathing suits and towels. The first floor also contains a recreation room that is equipped with a TV ready for the kids to plug in their PS5 and a table perfect for board games or cards.
This house offers you a hot tub, and a spacious dock to tie off your boat and. You will find lounge chairs and a hammock to relax by the water or nap by the natural shade of the trees! For adventurous needs, take the 2 kayaks and paddle board for a spin on the water.. If you need a break from the lake there are great restaurants, breweries and wineries nearby and Kings Dominion is only 30 miles away.
