Our House has an Amazing Lake View, With our private dock with a 1/2 shed covered Deck on the water 600 feet from our front door, situated not directly in front of our property but located to the left side of our lot


We are in a family-friendly neighborhood, cove. If you are partiers please do not request to book. 

We have 2 outdoor security cameras. One is under the deck & faces the side white garage door. This door is not accessible to renters. The other is in the tree that faces the new set of steps up to the porch to the front door.

Community Boat Ramp at Both Waters Estates is about 1/2 mile down the road from the house, Then you'll boat around 3 minutes to our cove to our private dock where you have space to keep 1 boat & 1 waverunner for your stay. Amazing Sunsets at Both Waters Estates.

Sunrise is AMAZING from our House many months of the year, out of the 3 main bedrooms, living room & Porch.

****ALL RENTALS MUST BRING ALL SHEETS & TOWELS(or use Lake Anna Linens which are great) ****

Standard Summer Weekly rates $2625, plus $225 cleaning fee, 7% occupancy tax, & 5.3% VA state tax must be collected for us to submit and a $500 security deposit, Beginning mid-June, Summer rentals are full weeks only unless a partial week is shown on the calendar. 

SOME PARTIAL WEEKS May be AVAILABLE as we use our home as well, see calendar & contact for availability

Very LARGE wrap-around shed-covered porch that faces the Public side of Lake Anna and is the perfect place to hang out to play games, in our large yard watch the wildlife fly by and cook your favorite foods.

ROOMS-

2 master Bedrooms top floor with King & Full-size beds in each room.

Both rooms have a stunning view of the Public side of the lake. 

1st floor Bedroom has a Queen bed with a great view of the lake as well.

another 1st floor room with a set of Twin Wooden Bunk Beds for children (desk & chair in this room)

Spiral staircase down to the basement which has a thick Queen-size Futon Bed & set of wooden bunk beds as well.

Each floor has its own FULL bathroom. Central AC, and Window AC Units in top floor master bedrooms, washer & dryer, dishwasher, microwave, 2021 brand new fridge/freezer with water dispenser & icemaker

Fully equipped Kitchen and also propane BBQ grill on the patio, Small kitchen table, card table & chairs available too

Flat-screen TVs in living room & basement & tvs in some bedrooms, service is OTA over the air TV- HDMI cable in living room to be able to also stream movies from your laptop

Private 45' floating dock and New Deck (1/2 is shed covered) at the water to sit and relax

Garbage pickup mid-week for weekly rentals April- Sep, BUT *All renters must take their remaining garbage & all recyclables with them at the end of their rental.  There is a dump 15 mins away. We provide details on our rental agreement.

Access to Bothwaters Estates Private Boat ramp which provides access to both the public and private sides of Lake Anna.

**16 miles from Lake Anna state park. Fantastic trails for walking many along the lake, beach, super nice nature center & more!

4 Bedrooms and 3 Full Bathrooms

  • King size beds (2), Queen size Beds (2) 1 is queen futon in finished basement with a set of twin bunk beds, Full Size beds (2) 1 in each room with king bed, another room twin bunk Beds (4 twin bunk beds total in the house
  • 3 full baths, 1 on each floor, basement is walk-in, Brand new 2024 walk in shower on main floor with kitchen, top floor bathroom is a tub/shower

                Michele’s place was great for our group of 8 to get out of town for a weekend. The house itself is very nice, the porch has a beautiful view of the lake and plenty of seating for you to have your coffee/breakfast out there. The house has plenty of beds, way more than we needed anyways, but it was definitely nice to be able to give people options. The living room was clean, cozy, and although it may look small it actually has a lot of seating between the couch, chairs, and barstools - it was nice for all of us to be able to sit around the table and play some board games or just hang out and the open concept in the kitchen was great because we could all continue chatting while some people were cooking and others were in the living room. All in all, we were all super happy with the space

                We stayed here for two days and two nights and had the most delightful family time! It is such a delightfully homey place - with great accommodations and the MOST amazing wrap around porch! We were very lazy (we needed that) and didn't travel around much - but all was just perfect as can be hanging out on the deck, playing fooze ball in the basement. Lots left to do next time - like rent a pontoon boat, sit around the fire pit, go for a bike ride. Can't say enough great things about this property and the owners - and so look forward to going back again!

                We spent a week here with family and loved it. The covered deck was the best. Great view,lots of seating, cool breeze with the ceiling fans and cover from the rain!

                THIS WAS OUR FIRST TIME RENTING ON LAKE ANNA. THE HOUSE FIT OUR NEEDS PERFECTLY. WE HAVE RENTED LAKEFRONT HOMES IN OTHER STATES AND FOUND THIS RENTAL TO BE AMONG THE BEST. IT IS VERY SCENIC AND PEACHFUL THERE. WE REALLY ENJOYED THE LARGE DECK AND DID ALL OUR MEAL PREPARATIONS THERE. WE WILL BE BACK.

                The house was plenty big to accommodate our family. The house was clean and neat and the ac was a plus. The owner was very helpful and responsive to questions about the house prior to our arrival. The area is very relaxing. We rented a pontoon boat for tubing and swimming off of during the week and the kids had a blast. The lake is huge and so clean! I have recommended the area to many friends since our return. We will surely plan another Lake Anna vacation for next year!

                We do an annual trip dads + kids, leave moms at home. driving down from N Virginia. Easy ride < 2 hrs. Nice location. about 100 yards from the Lake and has private dock you can fish off of or just load your kayak. Kids wanted a 'camping' experience so we were able (with permission from owner) to pitch tents to the side of the house. Nice to have the house for inclement weather etc. Owners are very nice easy to communicate with. would stay again.

                This place is tucked away on a private drive. It was clean and had great views. We had everything we needed. The dock was a peaceful short walk. The neighbors were great as well. We would definitely stay again.

                Lovely lake views and a comfortable place. The kitchen was well stocked. Also want to recommend R&R Rentals who delivered two tandem kayaks for us to use for the weekend.

                Caml & Beautiful- We had a wonderful time. It is an easy and comfortable house to enjoy and look after. Since our weather was so pleasant the very spacious veranda was like having 2 more family rooms with a beautiful view!
